Regarding the signal from the wheel, it's a normal low-high signal with two cables, you could use any of the available magnets sensors and cable.

Does anybody knows who's making the beta speedometer ? It look a lot like the KOSO Enduro model ? I need a sensor cable and the beta one are back order i can't get one. I was wondering if i can use a Koso sensor and cable and just change the connector

Very common with Betas.

As said above, check connector behind headlight. 99.99% of time it's loose contact. Reconnecting few times usually solves the problem.
