2015 Model Announcement

Postby Hubert Carpet » Thu Jun 19, 2014 3:13 pm

Just had an email from Beta USA announcing that the 2015 model information will be on their website at approx. midnight on Monday June 23rd.

Not sure how that translates to UK time but I'll be very interested to see what's changed.
2020 200RR.
2014 300RR. Gone but not forgotten.

Don't second guess yourself - be happy :D :D

The '14s are fantastic bikes ... and I'm imagining the '15s will be too.

Some big changes for the 4 Strokes, including efi for the 350 and displacement reductions, 400, 450 and 498 now 390, 430 and 480. Relatively minor stuff for the 2 Strokes. The 300 has the 2014 Race Edition motor and the 250 has some exhaust valve changes and now a smaller pipe to the 300.

Thanks for that!

Interesting move with making the big bore 4T's smaller (but supposedly same power). And with introducing EFI only on the 350... how long before the other donk's get it I wonder? Best move of all was making the rock hard seats a little softer

I hear the seat comments all the time, I must be the exception as I like the seat. Sure it rubbed my hind-end a lot in the beginning, but it got used to that. Just rode three straight days with a minimum of 3 hours on the bike each day, no problems! It seems easier to stand up from a sitting position than my YZ's; of course that could also be due to other factors in riding position. JMO
