Having recently dented a frame tube from a hit through the OEM plastic sump guard, I shall be looking out for one of these or similar. Pity really as I don't like the ringing and increased frame rigidity you get from metal guards but needs must.

The front mounting looks more sensible that the OEM, though!

The Meca Systeme one looks good as well.

Yeah I am not a fan of the alu skid plates for the same reasons. I think I might give the TM Design Works poly one a try.

I have the TM plate and really like it so far, of course we all know it takes more than 52 miles to know how it will hold up. It is very substantial and I like the fact that I don't have to make a major commitment to take the time to remove and clean under there :lol: !

I have EE rad guards on my 300rr

I'd say they are nice and well hidden. My concern is that they are rubber grommet mounted and are somewhat flexible in relationship to the bike. Having said that, so far they held up perfectly.
