I started making these after seeing them constantly come into the shop with coolant leaks. It is one unfortunate weak point on the betas, the stock ones are a hard plastic put together with wood screws. Mine are billet aluminum with nice threaded bolts, includes stainless hose clamps and a new o-ring, just swap your t-stat over, adds a little bling to the bike as well.
