I get it, the Powervale adjustment is measured from flush and 2.5 turns "in" is the standard adjustment. What are the max turns "in" ?
Maybe until it's lightly seated? Thanks, M.

Found it on pqge 94 of the 300 XT Engine manual...
Attention! Do not tighten the adjustment screw
for more than three and a half turns from the all
open position.

Sorry for being ignorant but what exactly is "flush"? Is it fully screwed out or is it when level with the exterior part?
