There's no 2018 model shop manual on Beta's support site, but the 2017 300RR manual shows 1.5 turns in from flush.

My 2018 came in @ 2.5 turns in from flush.
I currently have mine out to flush and I love the way it feels for my riding.

Thanks! Is it us market? Two turns means two threads showing?

"Flush" is the base reference point where the outer end of the adjustment screw is flush with its housing. "Turns" are 360° rotations of the adjustment screw. Adjustment can be anywhere between flush and 3.5 turns in. (The workshop manual says 3.5 is max. Not sure what happens if you go past that.)
Shouldn't make any difference which market the bike was sold into for this adjustment.

That’s the sweet spot. Try flush then grip it and rip it
