Weird. All radiator fins clean and not damaged? I haven’t looked into the thermostat delete...but there isn’t any way the coolant could be short circuiting the radiators, or recirculating a bit is there??

Im wondering about the jetting... revisit?..you said it was changed for the weather???

Buy this. Remove OEM head gaskets. Replace with those from this. Base gasket also fits as do the exhaust gaskets too. Great buy. Tusk Gasket kit from a 16 KTM 300 XCW. $20

Drain and flush coolant too. Repalce with Peak Prestone whatever 50/50 until coolant is visible above radiator fins.
