So apparently after a bit more “google” and checking other forums, you are most likely right for Canada. But in the US, it must be sold as such...with a sticker that says no ethanol or E0. If no sticker, then assume a 10% blend. Damn Kakistocracy.

Sorry I should have clarified. Shell V Power 91 in Canada contains no ethanol. I don't know what they use in other parts of the world if they sell it.
