So you like yours. Which setup did you get now again? 4 k ft and pump gas?? Or did you get another more specific head setup?

Here was my first ride on my RK head. I just went out in late afternoon night . That wasn’t smart but I was anxious to even go for even a very short ride. Can’t tell by the vid but I’m in rhe dark and can hardly see. I wanted traction to the ground aswell. I wanted the bike faster and with more torque but running cooler with more volume of coolant. I wanted it foremost for hard enduro then more power and torque etc. It’s good and Im happy. If the bike had more power great but I sure didn’t want mx type power. I got what was told to me the power would be.My setup is supposed to be similar to what Kelsey has on his 300 rr’s. My last race last month was a full on fun but miserable mud fest survival type ride/ race and the bike worked great.

Another thing I didn’t know was that Kelsey was a professional trials rider so his bike is setup for hard enduro type stuff and it rips. I believe him after riding my bike with close to his setup. I have the pilot bigger now to a 40 now. It was ok as it was but will play

Here’s my bike after being washed after the race with old 4 or 5 month gas..pretty smoky but it still ran good during the mud race.

RK head worked great

4000' non ethanol pump gas.

Just checked last night and I'm getting 37 mpg

Is that any different than stock mileage? I never checked my mileage. Seems similar but didn’t check. You remind me.. I actually should only run nonethanol fuel.

Another thing I wonder about is how a race gas mx setup heads setup might work. I don’t want it for my bike but it would be interesting to see the difference.
