The safest way to check is to fill the fuel and oil tanks to a known lever and then measure fuel and oil used after a ride. You can then calculate the effective oil ratio.
As oil pump delivery is driven by throttle opening, don't be surprised if you find the ratio to be up to 90:1 if you have been running at low throttle openings.
If you prefer to test the oil delivery rate in the workshop, do the following:
Carefully remove the oil feed tube from the inlet manifold.
Block the oil inlet fitting on the manifold to stop it sucking air.
Empty the tank and put some premix in temporarily.
Start the engine and measure the amount of oil that is pumped on tickover. You should be able to see the oil pump pulses, especially if you hold the tube slightly up.
The oil pump delivers 0.007cc per stroke and it should take around 360 seconds to deliver 2.5cc of oil at 1 pulse per second. 2.5cc is 1 teaspoon, ask your local pharmacy for a medication measuring spoon or cup as these are really good for measuring small volumes.
Normal tickover rate is 1 pulse every 2 seconds, rising as the throttle is opened.
