Exhaust size?

Does anyone know if the fmf exhaust is the same for all beta models 350 and up? The reason I ask is it's hard to believe that the same size tubing would be ideal for all different cc's. I'm thinking about fabricating a smaller diameter system for my 350 because the fmf system that came on it is huge!!
