Was able to mount BPD rad guards from my 04 exc, also BRP handguard mounts/bar riser from my TE310 ! Sweet! Fresh oil change, very little garbage in filter or screen. Pretty well set up and ready to ride this weekend. :D

As far as fuel mileage I don't have exact numbers but a few anecdotal notes:

I have never hit reserve yet.

2 1-1/2 hr. scrambles, one with the check valve causing fuel to spew which I didn't finish, the tank only took a little over a gallon to refill. Average speeds at both were very low.

I run really high gearing 15/48 even in the tight stuff and MX because I love the low end pull and I suspect it helps mileage.

I filled the tank with race fuel almost a month ago and I've been trying to run it out because it stinks up the whole house from the garage and I had to put it in the shed. 3 street rides to the lake, 2 visits to the MX tracks and it still hasn't hit reserve.

Unless you are going into wilderness areas away from your fuel supply or competing at a high level where excess pit stops would cost you positions it is a non issue. Your ass will need a rest long before you run out of gas.

Well that's what I plan to do a fair share of...
Did hit reserve this weekend, have 5 mile loop did that 2 times night before 1 mile loop half dozen times, then did 5 mile loop 5 times plus around 6 miles road time. Be suprised if I went over 50 miles total. Mostly 2cd, 3rd gear stuff on the brakes, back on the throttle!

Waiting to hear from dealer on the tank I have ordered.

Was mentioned earlier should have some evap. stuff, emissions etc, I have none, actually had pointed it out to dealer (not as a complaint but was happy about it) looked at it and he said "ya it doesn't have anything on it I guess."

Today went out to start bike for check over for work weekend and found rad hose behind exhaust where it leads to water pump was leaking, pulled it off sure enough worn through, looks like it was touching exhaust slightly. Called dealer upgrade hoses will be next day aired and picking them up tomarrow so all good. Might be something to watch for and wrap line behind exhaust, I know I will!

Also added 6.8 rear spring which really seems to have helped (stock is 6.4.) Feels a bit plusher in rocks etc and more stable on gravel, when over 65mph streering wanted to sway back and forth a bit (not headshake) just kinda wandered. but getting a bit more weight on the front seems to have cured this. Oh I'm around 200lbs fully dressed ready to ride.

Oh and had recieved my tank shortly after I had posted about it! fit great! More confident on long rides don't have to worry about being THAT GUY in the group.

typo there, stock spring is 5.4, you likely got a 5.8. I run a 6.0 for MX duty, thinking of going higher to try it. (200lbs before gear)
