They used the RFS engine.

LOL, I know it's an RFS - I guess I should have been more specific. There are many years of RFS. Which year? There seem to be several styles of RFS - EXC - SM - tall - short. I am hoping to find which specific engine.

Try looking here http://www.betamotorcycles.net/ The forum has gone dark but there is still some good info (I believe) on the early Betas with Katoom mills.
