Beta FI warm-up procedure

Just some thoughts on the warm-up procedure for the FI Betas. Nothing conclusive.

I did email Beta USA and the response was that the full 10 minute stepper motor reset was not necessary unless bike is new or throttle body was changed. A short warm-up before each ride was suggested.

They suggested a few things to check that can cause high idle.

One being lean conditions that may result from dumping the bike and the check valve sticking inside green cap inside the fuel cap causing vapor lock and lean conditions. I removed my green cap.

Another was possible low voltage or a low battery. I am having no issues here.

I'm planning on riding tomorrow and I'll do a short warm-up before riding and see how it goes.
