I took TPS sensor off on accident

I accidently took the TPS sensor off the Carb when getting it out instead of just leaving it on and unplugging it. Should i worry about it not being within spec for a carbed bike? I know if it was FI it makes a difference but what about my bike? Bike runs fine from what i can tell? 2014 400rs.thanks
