ok so i have removed 2x wrapped connectors from behind the battery but to me they don't look corroded or damaged in any way, does anyone know of a way to test them?

A digital multimeter will do it. Just need to make sure it can read capacitance and resistance. The diodes will show a short (less than 1ohm one way) and OL or very high ohms the other way...just switch your test leads polarity.

tested both of those capacitors/connectors with my multimeter using this method ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FDuN7QHn1-s ) and they are working ok so thats another thing ruled out.

Are you sure it's your EFI? did you by chance check your valves?

the bike ran with a squirt of airostart and was running and starting fine before falling over, it only has 146 hours on it if the valves are cooked after that low amount of hours i wont be happy at all  .... a mate of mine said something about a gas tank check valve? is that a thing on beta?

I would suspect the tilt sensor is stuck since it happened after a tip over. #55 in the parts diagram.

I assume the valves have been checked at some point in those 146 hours? Since it started on the squirt of airostart, valves are likely fine. Since you also had spark at that point, I would think the tipover switch is probably fine, too. I am thinking that cuts ignition, but likely fuel too on tipover on FI bikes. You can easily verify if you lose spark when you dismount tipover switch and turn it over upside down.
The fuel check valve on the tank that your mate may be talking about is on cap vent system, likely not the problem at all. But there may be another fuel pressure check valve in fuel system. With key on, not cranking, fuel pumps come up to pressure and stop, then your fuel pressure check valve has to be working. I wonder if you can remove fuel injector, and test it for spray out of engine? When you checked spark, did you remove plug that is in engine, or just tested a spare plug without removing the plug in the engine?

Havent checked the valves yet but will look at that this week. I tested the plug spark with the.plug out of the bike. I am going to look at removing injector and checking that next as that is what i thinks possibly wrong. Cant find any documentation on throttle body or injector system tho and theres nothing in the workshop manual on it. Does anyone have any links to some info on efi system on beta?

First remove the plug and hold against naked part of frame to see if you have spark. No sparky? Check the kill switch wiring; it may have snapped. It might snap if the handle turns by falling on the right side of the bar, while turning the handles.

If spark, then spray starter spray in the filter house to see if the problem is fuel related. If the bike starts for 2 secs, it's clearly fuel related.
Only then you should check all the reference values coming from all the sensos.

Good luck! :D
