I had this exact issue with my 2017 430, it turned out to be the TPS, if the butterfly is not completely closed during start up the TPS won't let it start. First I would check and make sure the throttle cable is not adjusted too tight, another thing you can do is use a phone camera or a mirror and flashlight and look through the intake pipe and see if the FI butterfly closed completely.

finally found out what broke on the bike and fixed it, after checking and testing everything i kept thinking that it was a fuel issue but was confusing because the injector would squit fuel when bike cranked over but wouldn't run. Bike would run on aerostart tho, so after hearing something strange in tank one time i looked into the tank wile cranking and noticed some bubbles. The feed hose for the fuel pump was broken not allowing it the pressurize properly, not sure how this would have broken apart from all the filter and hoses hanging off the piece of brown plastic and constent bending and flexing mabye causing it to break.
