header to muffler pipe??

Ok, so a very rocky AA section Saturday shook a few bolts loose. The muffler lost a bolt, possibly I didn't tighten enough last time I worked on it? but now tightened up the slip joint is loose as crap. O thought it was tight and never noticed a leak before. not sure what is needed. muffler or header, or both? or is there a seal in this joint?
