N0ZK Equivelant?

Postby andoman » Fri Feb 12, 2016 5:34 pm

Please bare with me, I have been pouring over the Jetting Forum and now my head hurts....

My question is simple: Is there an N0ZK equivalent or even and exact copy by a different number?
I need the next leaner needle from the stock N0ZJ to get my 250 Race dialed in. Between my riding buddies and I we have a pile of needles and I'm betting one is identical or so close that I won't be able to tell operationally.

I don't need a lot of jetting suggestions as I'm not interested in starting from scratch.

Thanks, oh Jetting Guru's!

Doesn't the 250 come with the J and the K?

They have been available for awhile. A quick Google reveals this:

FYI, N1EK is the half clip richer cousin of the NOZK for fine tuning purposes in the same family.

GMP,
Thanks! Exactly what I needed. I'll look through the local selection for an N1EK.
I knew I could get one from Beta, but I was hoping to find an option laying around.
When I took a look at my old needle selection the first one I picked up was the N1EF from my 11 GG 300. That sure didn't stay in the bike long. Made me chuckle.

BassMan,
My 250 came with the J installed and an "I" spare.
Main jet was 165 installed, with 168 and 162 spares.
35 pilot installed and 38 spare.

I ride mostly between 5000 and 8000 feet.

That sucks. Why would they go so rich. I am at 500 to 1500feet. The J is good from the teens to high 50s. The K from the 60s to 100f. When I went up in elevation in Kentucky. I was wishing for the L. Good luck.
