Does seen very strange , They have tried fitting a complete carb from a new bike but that did not make any difference . Will keep you updated when i know .

Bike will not idle. Warmed it up turned screws per manual, do I need a pilot jet ?

Nop there is nothing there... the only available is for 2013 Beta 300 RR Carburetor Jetting Chart

You can use the 2015 chart...the compression ratios are the same. Its just a starting point anyways.

Any suggestion for... We will start from 200meters to 1500meters what should be the correct setup?

Temps? Is your 300 using the oil injection or premix in the tank?

Temps 10 - 20 Celcius my BETA has the oil injection system!
