Smart carb 2021 300

I have a 2021 300 race edition on preorder and am wondering about the benefits and draw backs of a smart carb. I like how once it is set I can tune it easily just by turning a knob and not have to worry about swapping brass. I am considering it because I ride from 32F to 100F degrees and from 1000 to 6000 feet. I am also wondering if it robs any power characteristics from the bike...less snap, less off idle torque, etc. If it does rob power characteristics I will just use the normal carb, but the claimed increased fuel efficiency and ease of tunability has me curious
