I installed the RK tek head on a brand new bike. RKtek suggested 50/168 Jetting. It was too rich at idling so I went down to 48 and now at 45PJ.
I also leaned one notch on the stock needle from 3rd to 2nd from top.
I think there is still room for more leaning. Probably 42/ 165...
Just wanted numbers from any other riders who have a similar setp?
The bike did spooge a little on 48/168, #3,,, I have not yet ridden longer with the current setting.

I've used both pump gas and hi comp RK heads on my 300. Kelsey's jetting recommendations don't work on the East Coast. They are way rich. I'd go back to stock 160/45 and try a NECJ or maybe a half clip richer NEDJ Suzuki needle. You may need to drop the pilot a size or two but that should get you in the ballpark.

Been using the NECJ for some time with Stars3 head and I think it's a tad lean. I'd try the NEDJ.
