replacement switch

Postby Dan300rr » Mon Nov 21, 2016 2:49 am

I've seen a couple of threads here that are similar so apologies if I'm covering old ground - I did read them all and there wasn't the answer I needed!

The previous owner of my 2015 300rr removed all the switches and just left a start button and kill switch.

The KTM/Husqvarna style switches have all the functions I require and I have a spare from my Husaberg.

I see others have done similar mods...does any one have a wiring guide of which pin does what as there is no wiring left!

thanks in advance!

I know that the switch on my 2015 XT is a Domino Universal Switch that needs to have the Beta specific conections attached;

If you are still looking check out the sicass racing website they have several different styles and orientations of switchs that have the factory beta connectors on the end and around $40 if I remember right

I started trying to work it out with my multi meter but gave me a headache (I'm crap with electric's)
Any help appreciated guys

I did it, Roon sent me the service bulletin on what goes where. I used a Molex pin remover to help out.

It's not rocket surgery, I'm not Sure I didn't post some pics?

Currently on my phone so hard to navigate.

I took photos as I took it all apart when I went to the ktm style kill switch and deleted the lights switch block.

If I can find it on my HDD I'll post them.
