Have you ever been shocked!

My kill switch stopped working a while back. Start button works. Twice while riding under hi-voltage power lines I started getting significant shocks in my hands when touching the front brake or clutch levers. If I grabbed the grips it stopped. Once beyond the towers, it stopped.

I opened the switch & didnt see any obvious wiring issues. There must be a short. Ever see that before?
