electrocuted by Beta

Hi all,

I thought something did not feel right.. when bike gets wet, I am being electrocuted when pressing front brake level. minor but noticeable..

There is a thread on TT that has some ideas what to look for, but I also want to ask smart people here..

also, apparently my horn is fine after it dried up and I actually rigged test wiring loop for it and it would work fine when dunked in bucket of water..

so it seems that my bike is not grounded well??

sorry.. I am really weak with understanding electrical stuff..
