Battery terminal relocation

Notice how close the terminals are to the seat base, and how sometimes they make contact? Not a big problem, and fixed in '14 anyway, or if you get a shorter LIOn battery. None the less if its correctable it will be corrected. A quick fix is to relocate the terminal mount to the front of the battery posts, from the top, gaining a few mm. The battery is made with this in mind. Just R&R the threaded insert to the horizontal position, get longer M5 x 16 bolts(button heads are good), and use an M6 nut as a spacer on each terminal. Tape where the rubber boot won't cover. No more seat contact!

I would post a pic but I cannot attach it using my iPAD or iPhone due to the iOS native file size and size limitations here. I suspect Tapatalk will eliminate this problem as I have had no issues on GGRC.
