2016 300rr fork rebound

hi lads on my 2016 300rr can someone please tell me if I turn the rebound in to the + on my forks ,does that slow the rebound down or speed it up

Turning rebound plus slows the reaction, so it will come back to level from being compressed slower.

In really broad terms.
