problem

While doing some adjustments, one of my rebound would not click. The triangle knob spins on the screw. I was able to set it by turning the screw with an allen, but I would like to get this fixed.

You can see in this pic that a part of the knob is broken off, it`s been like this for a while but just started sliping

It spins because the press fit is lost as you can see the wall is broken away. Simple fix is a remove, clean, and bond back on with a plastic epoxy. Better, find a compatible knob or mod one for a good fit. Other than that I'm sure that is a one piece assy with the screw. Maybe not to hard to get, Les at LTR or Steve here would know. Why did it break, is the adjuster to tight?

One of mine split and span. Nasty low quality part that isn't available as a spare. I tried various glues but it wouldn't stick.

WP ones fit but need filing down slightly to give clearance to allow it to turn and not drag on the cap.

The KYB forks I have fitted have proper screw head adjusters and, although I haven't tried it, I reckon the caps would swap onto the Sachs and that would fix the horrible adjusters that fall out when you take the caps off. They look like the "open bath" one on the right in this picture

I think its worth mentioning that the Sachs as well had proper screws in the 2012 models, but went the knob way for ease of adjustment. ;)
