Yes, race sag guideline. Keep your shock spring preload in mind too though, and if you have to crank too much in spring up or you get a harsh ride. The Beta seems a bit sensitive to this sag # as its light on the front wheel. The bike likes input, that is getting forward in the turns, but it rewards.

I thought Luigi was the guy who does the electrics for Ducati.

I once sneezed near my 748S and it wouldn't start for a week!
