So when I adjust the Hi speed compression on my Sachs shock, the low speed screw turns with it. Does this change the low speed? Do I need to hold the low speed adjuster with a screw driver or something?

The manual wasn't much help

WARNING
Starting from the standard position, turn
the knob anticlockwise (with a closing action),
the center screw will have an integral
movement, then will rotate with the knob.

I think I would have been better off if they had just left that part in Italian. ;)

Turning the hs knob will not effect ls dampening even though the ls adjuster turns with it.

It shouldn't have an effect, but it's always best to be safe than sorry - once you've made your HS adjustments, use a screwdriver and wind the low speed clicker all the way in (clockwise) then back out to the correct setting. I am assuming you have the setting written down already - otherwise you may need to go back to the stock setting and start playing again.
