The fix isn't difficult or much more expensive than a set of graphics. Certainly not something to stop you from buying the bike, just something to be aware of for the (near or distant) future.

Yes I agree. There's two bike I have in mind, one is a 2015 (Marzocchi) Racing and the other a 2016 Racing (Sachs).
Both bikes have around 120 hours on them so I'm worried there's a chance they'll have worn out past being able to be fixed.
I'm leaning towards the 2015 as it seems there's less Marzocchi's out there with this issue after reading this thread and others.

Sachs will be much easier to get parts for though. Any of the Sachs parts you will be able to get. But if the Marzochis need some, you could be SOL.

So the guy with the sachs bike was honest enough to tell me his forks throw dirty oil and he changes it every 20hrs. Problem is the bike has 200hrs on it so i'm guessing the uppers will be stuffed.

Wonder if the ZF Sachs upper tubes can be bought and used on previous CC Sachs forks. That'd be great if the new tubes have better anodizing.

We don't have an updated pricing guide yet, just the fiche that shows the new parts.

^ i'll push that further back ... can i use current year tubes ('19) with my 2013 OC's?

i had Steve recoat my tubes but they might have been pushed too far before i had the coating done. i'm experiencing some slight stiction, tearing down soon to see what the inner walls look like. i had slight wear at the clamps before sending out.

also curious what my oil looks like, it was black as night before the recoat + EnduroSpec internal swap.
