Softer? Heavier? Longer? What is it that you're trying to achieve?

softer. any info on them you can share please. I have a vet enduro rider who wants his forks softer. i have already turned mid valve to a check valve, turned my high speed base from .15s to .10s with smaller clamp shim. two stage with small amount face shims and still wants softer. thinking of going back to bleed face shim but i dont really like that style so i figured I.C. spring would be another way to skin the cat.
