What spanner wrench works well for the shock?

Like the title says. It's a damn tight squeeze and wanting to know if there is a wrench that works or is it a hammer and drift?

TIA

I use the Motion Pro brass punch. It's made specifically for shocks.

Probably have to go this route. I just don't like the undue shock this inflicts.

I use a large flat blade screw driver wedged against the frame. Use a rag to protect the frame this does no damage to the lock rings and make sure the bike is on a stand weight off the wheels.

Install the Beta preload adjuster
You won't regret it

2nd the pre load adjuster. It always killed me to spend 8-10 grand on a bike and then take a chisel to the shock.

+3 ^
The price is way too much for what it is, but.........it works really well. I think it's 24 turns of the adj. screw to one turn of the collar.

The new 200 manual says to use the spark plug/wheel removal tool. I just thought .... seriously? Lol.
