There is no compression adjustment at all on these forks. (The inexpensive stock Olle suspension is why the Xtrainer sells for $1300 less than the RR.)
The righthand fork contains the one-and-only spring, with preload (bike height) adjustment on top. The lefthand fork contains the lone compression valve (not adjustable) and the lone rebound valve, which is adjustable on top.
As far as I know, the only way to adjust these with the tools provided in the Beta toolkit is to remove the handlebars. If you want to get creative you can probably cut a hex wrench short enough to fit into the hex hole but still stick up enough to get a small open end wrench on it for adjustment.
