CLICKER CONFUSION

I have a Beta 300 xtrainer and the rr shock clicker(s) have me confused. The (H) means harder or slower compression I assume. So turning it clock wise would make the compression faster ? (H) stands for what and (S) stands for what? And turning it counter clockwise would make it softer or faster? The rebound clicker turning it clock wise makes it faster or slower? And the arrow is one line with arrows on both ends one pointing at H and one pointing at the S....i'm confused......HELP! I thought turning the clickers clockwise always closed the valves and made things slower clockwise opened vales and made things faster....?

With the Xtrainer shock, "H"=HARD and "S"=SOFT. That shock is backwards to all know shocks. Clickers are set like all others, counterclockwise from full IN. but when you adjust it,, you turn it clockwise for softer and counterclockwise for harder. Just the opposite of every other shock.
