Tools for Fork Spring change

Anyone change their 2019 Sachs ZF fork springs themselves? Do you need anything special or can I pretty much use the same tools I used on my old WP forks with the exception of the 49mm fork wrench? (Or is it 50mm?) A trip to the dealer takes a full day round trip so I might as well order what's needed and dive in. The Beta site doesn't say much either. If it comes down to pliers or a $60 wrench only used 1-2x's a year the pliers will win.

You can make do with no special tools if you can make a PVC seal driver yourself. But I will say an actual metal seal driver is way easier and faster. I didn't need any other special tools for my rebuild.

Thanks. Hard to tell from the manual and website. For a seal driver the redneck school of engineering technique also works well. Wrap the tube about 15 times with cheap electrical overlapping the tape until its about 1/4" thick. Then slide the tube into the seal to knock it in. Going to change the oil today and hopefully take care of a minor seal leak by scraping dirt out.

Edit to add. Fork caps are welded (practically) on. Looks like I'll at least need that magic wrench. Lost two corners with the channel-locks.

Wish I could delete this thread. I was coming over from team orange (and a 14 year jump in technology) that left me confused before I found all the manuals. To answer my own question, yes to special tools and it depends on which fork. OC or CC. :geek:
