Xtrainer Ohlins shock

Wondering if anyone has some info on the ohlins shock for the Xtrainer. I got one for my wife's bike and have been having issues with it and never recieved a manual for it and can't seem to find anything online. The rebound adjuster seized and having a hard time getting any parts or even getting ahold of anyone at ohlins. Would be nice for a parts breakdown, clicker settings, workshop manual.
