Remove shock clevis

Just have trouble getting the shock clevis off, I heated it up with a heat gun but I couldn’t get the shaft to grip in my soft jaws, any suggestions?

I used the RaceTech Shaft Holding Tool (14, 16, 18 mm) and had no issues. If you are using flat soft jaws, it is hard to get a good grip becasue you are always concerned that you can damage the shaft by over clamping. I picked mine up at RMATV.
