kyb rear shock upgrade on beta 300rr racing

hi there im new to the forum and have just currently purchased the new 2022 beta 300rr racing witch i love but iv seen a few riders putting a rear kyb shock on the rear instead of the zf im looking at getting the forks revalved over the next coming weeks but wanted to no is it worth the upgraded rear shock in the long run i no there not cheap or should i just get the rear zf shock revolved and not bother????? if so anyone selling a kyb rear shock that will fit my bike ????

Just do the Lanier adjuster, and KYB piston band and it's as good as KYB for 1/4" the cost.

you can purchase a complete kyb a kit rear shock from kyb or from genuine performance parts web page specifically for the beta 300rr its an upgrade

im situated in the uk unfortunately but i think im going to end it all off to someone over hear to do the work and get it revalved and set up to my weight a rear kyb will be purchased at a later date and i will keep it when i pass the bike on to be changed in a few years

If you do the Lanier compression valve and piston band upgrade it will be better than a KYB. Besides. you'll have to have the KYB resprung and revalved anyway.

EDIT: Looks like the kit KYB Genuine Performance sells has the Lanier Compression Valve installed........
