]just did my first enduro on the 200 the kyb fork are harsh .think the mid valve is the problem . most of my kyb experience is converting old yzf sss to fit my 05 gg with a spring type mv . i ride mostly woods in the uk south of London this is what's in there from under piston[ x2 20-011 18-011 16-011 14-011 [x2 11-011 10-020 13-020 11-011 14-0111 18-011[ x3 20-011 12- 020 not measured the float any one got a softer stack . the bv looks ok thanks

open the mid up. Track down the sherco 300 t/s stack and put that in. Thats what I did to my 300. huge improvement, as they were to harsh for me

Food for thought…There is a very noticeable difference between maxima and kyb oils. I stopped using maxima and will never again.

had a look at the sherco stack looks stiffer the my one? and had less float .one big thing is the inner and outer oil was very thick like snot .plan new oil 310cc outer set pre to 4mm from 7mm possibly a .11 shim out of the clamp side of the mv to open the float . any one got the 022 settings . having spent hours on tt and other forums trying to get my head round the mv set up to get more float is stack thickness
