Anybody using either DFX or K tech valve kits in there xtrainer? Not much info on the K tech, the dfx has a few videos and explain there valves a bit better. I can’t tell if the K tech uses a leaf style mid valve or just a check valve. Also looks like it may have compression adjustment. Thanks!

Have you talked to All Moto performance (AMP)?

I would talk to him first about Xtrainer suspension, then make your choice. Aaron is a great source for Xtrainers.

Thanks for the reply! I have read several things about amp and I'm sure he does great work but I'm more of a do it yourself type. I don't ride in rocks at all and being on Long Island, the trails are fairly smooth and twisty but fast. I will most likely get the DFX fork and shock valve along with there shock bladder. Its also close to being the least expensive upgrade considering the exchange rate from Australian to US dollar!

Hello - new member here, looking at Beta's for the first time. I like the Xtrainer, looking at purchasing in the Spring of 2024. Does anyone on the site have any experience with the XT-R front fork kit and the XT-R rear shock kit available through Beta? A bit pricey but not unreasonable. I suppose one could resell the stock take-off components to recover some of the cost. Thoughts on the XT-R suspension upgrades?

Thanks,
