Got it in with the chain guard. Need to take the spacer out of the new frame guard, increase the plastic bore a 1/16” and use the rear spacer from the chain guard. Original bolt has plenty of length. Again, it’s a decent “finished” piece, but needs some work if you want to keep the chain guard on.

The new TM design works Factory chain slider no likey. See how the chain doesn’t even rest on the shoulder. Gonna send that back.

Looks like the tab on the TM Design works chain slider is pushing it out since the new frame protector is covering the hole now. Lol. OEM slider going back in.
