Fast Flex Bars?

Does anybody use these? Any installation problems with a damper or any of the controls or hoses? How do they perform?

Have them and love them, as do the guys I've sold them to. Tunable, controlled flex in only the vertical plane. They work well with the Fastway FIT handguards that pivot off the handlebar clamp. The brake line on the Beta takes a weird turn just out of the master cylinder and that has to be tweaked CAREFULLY, but I haven't had any other issues. Not sure about sub-mounts but Fasst has an arched cross-bar set up for above bar mounted dampers.

Ditto.

I am not running a damper. Haven't felt the need on my 300.

I was using Flexx bars also but there to tall and there allot of weight up high, go look at the Twisted Engineering bars and hand guards before you pull the trigger on the the Flexx bars.

Go read the review by Brian on Thumper talk.

I have the twisted bars on my orange bike and love them. They do a great job of damping jolts and impacts. I haven't moved them over to my Beta yet. The handguard setup looks like it might interfere with the computer.

Hyde are you running them? Will te hand guard set up interfere with the headlight and computer?
To bad they don't have more bend choices. I'm running a new set of protaper kx high bend bars and really like them.

I liked them so much, I put them on my other bikes and sold the Flexbars.

I was using the BRP dog bones and they didn't work well with the clutch line, head light or number plate, with the complete TE set up there's plenty of room.

They show KTM lows only but there closer to standard KTM bend, I was a little hesitant about the bend also but there fine. Run the stock length before you cut them down, you loose some length do to the way the bar end clamps on.

Once you get over the limited bends and the long lead time, the TE bars are well worth the $$ and there good at swapping bars if your not happy. Hopefully if the ATP Smart cab ever shows up I can say the same.

I went with KTM bend and the 3x super flexy, you don't notice much after you ride for a awhile, but once you swap bikes to normal bars it's a huge difference, especially if your the other side of 50.

I'm running the Flexx bars on my 300 and like them a lot. Apparently my skill level is not high enough to notice the couple extra pounds… Using EE guards with what they call a kudla link. Only small careful bend needed for the brake line, everything else good.
First ride out on cf bars last year, unfortunate slow speed stuff the bars in soft dirt on an admittedly trials bike oriented trail, snapped 'em clean in two. No more cf for me!

I'd like to see a pic too if U don't mind Hyde? If I can figure out the right bars and know that the TE's will mount up easily I'm gonna go with them. At 64 I'm definitely ready for some relief.
