Has anyone tried the anti vibrations handlebars inserts from Fast?
1) Is it worth doing?
2) Is it a problem if they come loose?
Note: I also have Fast Flex Handlebar

not worth it. I haven't tried the fasst inserts specically, but I've tried weighted bar end in the past. I didn't think much of it.
