Need new foot pegs for my 13 300rr. Any advice on what to go with for any reason at all would be gratefully appreciated. Pros, cons, likes, dislikes, experiences.

How tall are you? I'm 6'2" and wanted the option to go lower/back. I thought I would have liked the stock ones but my feet never stayed planted with the stock pegs. I went with the FASTWAY - EVO 4 FOOTPEGS and really like them. Gave me a bit more room and my feet stay planted MUCH better. I added the spacers so that they cant upward. The theory is it will help bring your knees in. I like them a lot.

I'm a fan of the Moose Racing pegs. Larger than OEM, sharper teeth for good grip and they fit right into the slots without any necessary modification.

I like my Impact Adventure Pegs from "Fasst Company".
It helps my injured knee with the cushion / Elastomers!
Both Elastomers (Flexx Bars and Impact Pegs) helps me to keep riding.
The Flexx Handlebars Elastomers are good for arm pump.
My humble opinion.

IMS Pro. the outer edge is raised and sharp to keep your feet on the pegs. The metal is hard so they wear a long time and do not so hard they break. Relatively light weight for a steel peg. Reasonable price.
I have also used FastWay pegs when I wanted to lower my pegs on the Beta. I like the lowering but not the rear offset since the shifter is already long. these pegs also have a square profile that makes the edges stick out slightly more. They are heavy. the adjustable and replaceable setscrews are nice and the adjustable camber is nice.
