Rear fender/ airbox alignment

I posted this on a facebook group but didnt get much feed back. Bike is a 2018 390rr-s. I replaced my subframe last year and the alignment/ gap between the fender and the airbox is huge. I swapped the broken one in last night and had the same problem. At first I thought it might a wiring issue so I reworked that and still has this issue. It seems like the airbox is pushed down to far in relation to the subframe and fender. Has anyone seen this issue before?
