Rear brake

Trying to replace rear brake pads,can not get the pin that holds the pads out, is this pin left of right hand threads? Hoping for suggestions!

Standard- as normal screw.
Knock on the srcew before you try to unscrew it, there is heat, water, mud etc..it can be problematic.
