Relocated Map Switch

For a while I had the map switch loosely attached to the handlebar crossbar as I had to move it in order to fit my Rekluse Left Hand Rear Brake. At the last Beta Ride Day I was chatting to the Australian Beta importer about it and he suggested moving it to the steering lock piece in the steering head part of the frame. I finally got around to doing it the other weekend and have to say that it is almost as if that is where the switch was meant to be in the first place! Very happy with it there.

Did the same thing. Works out great. Less chance of changing map when the getting funky on the bike. Lol

Brilliant! I'd give you gold stars if we had them to hand out. Jeff ...

Great spot
I liked where it was on my GasGas (one of the radiator hoses)
I'm moving mine to the steering head lock and it will help keep the tape I've put over the key hole too
Cheers for shearing :D

Thats a great spot.. I also covered my key up with tape.. almost wish I could just put a zerk there and add grease to the steering head bearings with a grease gun.
