300 Rave vs 390 Race feel two different heights

I have a '22 300 Race and '22 390 Race, both are sprung to the same weight and the 390 feels like I am sitting on the ground with very little ground clearance compared to the 300. Has anyone else felt this or am I just making this up in my head. The only other difference in the set ups is the 300 has a seat concepts comfort seat and the 390 has the stock seat with guts soft foam. Oh and one has red hand guards and the other has gray.
