Loving the 450RS!

Postby mattyo » Tue Jan 27, 2015 4:04 pm

I have 35 hours on my 450RS in the last 2 months - finally getting the suspension dialed and absolutely loving the motor. The stock suspension set up was too stiff for me at 152 lbs but the bike turned on rails. I put in lighter springs front and back and the ride is much smoother but the bike does not seem to turn as quickly. I am getting close but not 100 percent dialed. Hey just wanted to give my 2 thumbs up on such a rad bike. Happy riding!

You might try backing the rebound damping down a couple of clicks. The rear suspension could be packing, effectively creating more rake and trail.

too much sag kills the front grip, 95-100 for me does the trick.
